MOON ALERT We have the all clear today to shop and make important decisions. The moon is in Libra.

ARIES (March 21-April 19)

Awright awreddy. This is a tough day for dealing with others. Big deal. You're an Aries; you can handle anything. Especially trouble with a capital T. (Yup. Right here in River City.) Your mission, should you choose to accept it, is to be a role model of patience and diplomacy to the world. Are you up for it?

TAURUS (April 20-May 20)

Most definitely, this is a poor day to get into it with anyone at work. Don't make a big deal about anything! People are virtually lurking in the corridors just waiting for a chance to stir up trouble and have a fight. (Seriously!) You need this like a fish needs a bicycle.

GEMINI (May 21-June 20)

Parents should be extra vigilant with their children today because it's an accident-prone day. This means anything can happen. Therefore, keep an eye on matches, fire hazards, potential bathroom accidents and bad tempers. Try to smooth over troubled waters with everyone. (Make it easy for the world.)

CANCER (June 21-July 22)

Small appliances might break down today. Minor breakages could occur. You might run out of coffee. (Whaaat?) People are short tempered and parents are completely unpredictable. If you can, go back to bed. If you can't -- hurry off to work.

LEO (July 23-Aug. 22)

This is definitely an accident-prone day for your sign, so slow down and take it easy. Arguments with others, especially siblings, might suddenly flare up. Travel plans and daily routines might fly out the window (Dere dey go!); therefore, allow extra time for everything.

VIRGO (Aug. 23-Sept. 22)

Disputes about money or possessions might take place today. A few nasty surprises to do with shared property, inheritances, bank accounts, insurance matters and other people's belongings, could also be a headache. (Oh dear. Keep your head down and your powder dry.)

LIBRA (Sept. 23-Oct. 22)

Yikes! Today the moon is in your sign at odds with Mercury, Uranus and Pluto. What gives? (You need this like you need another hole in your head.) Trust to your wonderful skills at diplomacy and being able fuzzy things so that no one knows what's really going on. ("I can do this!")

SCORPIO (Oct. 23-Nov. 21)

Be patient about health issues, and especially be patient with matters at work today. (Remember that despite what you think, Scorpio is an intimidating sign to anyone without Scorpio in their chart.) Don't make a big deal about anything because it will turn into a nasty argument real fast. (Gulp.)

SAGITTARIUS (Nov. 22-Dec. 21)

Relations with groups and friends are pretty dicey today especially in social situations or anything to do with sports. People can really lose it. Therefore, don't poke anybody or prod them unnecessarily. (It won't be a pretty picture.) Stay frosty.

CAPRICORN (Dec. 22-Jan. 19)

You value your good reputation. Therefore, read my lips. People notice you today and along with this, something might happen that greatly displeases you. You'll just have to suck it up. Demonstrate grace under pressure as only you can.

AQUARIUS (Jan. 20-Feb. 18)

This is an accident-prone day for your sign so be careful. All kinds of unexpected events out of the blue will be coming at you, all day long. Think very carefully before you speak or do anything. Avoid power struggles, that's for sure.

PISCES (Feb. 19-March 20)

Arguments about shared property, insurance matters, inheritances and anything you own jointly with others might arise today. Try to avoid these if you can because they will only be ugly and will result in nothing. Run away! Run away!

Jupiter trine Pluto

Monday, March 12 Jupiter is exactly trine Pluto. That is astrologic for something
real big.
That is why I like to add this 'Bacchus' of Rubens every time that I think of Jupiter-Pluto. Because that is what happens when you grow the intense way, perhaps:).

Last time that Jupiter was trine Pluto (end of October 2011) a European agreement in Brussels raised trust on the financial market (but not for long!). Now is the second time and maybe it is a second chance. According to Chairman Van Rompuy last Friday (a day with Sun square Pholus) the crisis in Europe was then at a turning point (having reached an agreement about Greece again). Jupiter is the symbol of trust and hope and growth. Pluto is the symbol of intensity, power, money and values. According to Reinhold Ebertin in COSI the Jupiter-Pluto combination is socially related to economy and speculating. A trine makes it easy to intensify trust and cultivate power.

I know, it is also Mercury retrograding time. I am curious about the way that this could alter the process of stimulating the economy. Meanwhile my optimism is growing, perhaps because that Jupiter-Pluto trine is trine my natal Mercury (and my Mercury is in aspect with Jupiter/Pluto midpoint). So let's see and take the opportunity to see a brilliant Venus-Jupiter conjunction in the sky knowing that this conjunction is trine Pluto.

Yes, this is the perfect time to observe the effect on the market and for yourself to see if this Venus-Jupiter-Pluto combination 'touches' your chart (Sun, Moon, MC, Ascendant, progressed Sun, progressed Moon: whatever near 9.35 degree of the fixed signs or in Capricorn or Virgo, for example or if you like: try the semi- and sesquisquares*).

Scientists have studied the effect of the full moon and they found that there were less births in the weekends:). The old belief that there are more children born when the moon is full, has been proven wrong. In our days, children are born between 9 and 5 from Monday to Friday, if the doctors had it their way. It is more convenient and it can be done without harming the mother or the child, so why not.
