MOON ALERT We have the all clear today to shop and make important decisions. The moon is in Scorpio.

ARIES (March 21-April 19) It's Monday — the perfect day to make long-range plans, especially about group activities. Plus it's a great day to reprioritize or tweak your hopes and dreams for the future. What do you want to achieve in the next five years?

TAURUS (April 20-May 20) Discussions with authority figures will be practical and productive today. They seem to be ready to listen to you and hopefully, vice versa. Map things out so that you have a good sense of your life direction in general.

GEMINI (May 21-June 20) This is a wonderful day to study practically any subject, but especially philosophy, mathematics, politics, religion and the law. It's also a very good day to make long-range travel plans.

CANCER (June 21-July 22) Sit down today and focus on bills, debt, taxes and how you are handling shared property or anything you own jointly with others. Figure out who owes what to whom. Just get this stuff done because you can do it.

LEO (July 23-Aug. 22) All exchanges with partners and close friends will be surprisingly practical and functional today. People want to know what is feasible, what is doable, and what is practical. Fortunately, your powers of concentration are excellent. You won't agree to anything that is silly.

VIRGO (Aug. 23-Sept. 22) A productive day at work, indeed! Roll up your sleeves and tackle routine, detail-oriented work that you might have been avoiding. Today you will whiz through it with ease and you'll have fewer, if any, errors. You're prepared to do the grind. No pain, no gain.

It's also a good time to discuss or begin repairs at home where needed. People want to get things done today! (Especially you.) SAGITTARIUS (Nov. 22-Dec. 21) Because you're in a serious frame of mind today, you are concentrating on mental work on problems. You might be reserved dealing with others because you would rather be alone with your thoughts. However, discussions with older people might be helpful.

CAPRICORN (Dec. 22-Jan. 19) This is an excellent day to give serious thought to your cash flow, your earnings and your money scene in general. What can you do to save more? What can you do to cut costs? Every little bit helps.

Scientists have studied the effect of the full moon and they found that there were less births in the weekends:). The old belief that there are more children born when the moon is full, has been proven wrong. In our days, children are born between 9 and 5 from Monday to Friday, if the doctors had it their way. It is more convenient and it can be done without harming the mother or the child, so why not.
