That is inconjunct transit Neptune. Neptune is always confusing and with an inconjunct, you might get out of balance or 'get lost'. The 3rd degree of Libra is also inconjunct his natal Pholus (symbol of a turning point and with the inconjunction of getting out of balance because of it, or experiencing a 'loss').
