MOON ALERT We have the all clear today to shop and make important decisions until 5:30 p.m. The moon is in Aquarius.

ARIES (March 21-April 19)

Right about now, things are coming to a head in your life. Since 1996, you have virtually reinvented yourself and gone off in a new direction. However, now partnerships are challenging. Nevertheless, you're moving on. And you feel empowered.

TAURUS (April 20-May 20)

Certain situations that are job-related and others that are health-related have reached a point of critical mass. Something has to give. Lord knows, you're willing to work hard but you want recognition for what you do. Fear not, you'll get it.

GEMINI (May 21-June 20)

Long-term issues related to children, the arts, sports and romance are finely settled. At least, you have a better sense of where you stand and what others expect of you and what you expect of them. Excellent! Clarity is a good thing. (And comforting, too.)

CANCER (June 21-July 22)

It's as if you're rounding Cape Horn at this time in your life. The stability that you seek in your home is now within your reach. Good! It's important for you to feel you have an anchor in the world because you need this kind of security. (Wanna cuddle up?)

LEO (July 23-Aug. 22)

This is a defining moment for you in terms of higher education, publishing, the media, writing, teaching, medicine, the law or big travel plans. You have reached a point of no return where you will welcome going forward now.

Issues with children that have been dangling for a long time are finely settled now. You have a clearer idea of what lies before you and what your approach is going to be. This applies to relations with children, relations with lovers and even your relationship with art.

CAPRICORN (Dec. 22-Jan. 19)

You've been focused on home and family matters for a long time now. Today marks a turning point where you will move to completion on the important projects you have underway. From here onwards, things will sort of fall in place.

AQUARIUS (Jan. 20-Feb. 18)

Important communications and relationships with siblings and daily contacts are finally achieving a more workable basis. Others know what to expect of you and vice versa. From this point forward, people will know that when you say something, you mean it!

PISCES (Feb. 19-March 20)

Finally, some financial issues are going to be settled and cleared up for good. In particular, this could relate to disputes about shared property, inheritances, insurance matters and anything you own jointly with others. Now that you know which way the wind is blowing, you can set sail.

Scientists have studied the effect of the full moon and they found that there were less births in the weekends:). The old belief that there are more children born when the moon is full, has been proven wrong. In our days, children are born between 9 and 5 from Monday to Friday, if the doctors had it their way. It is more convenient and it can be done without harming the mother or the child, so why not. But now I will never know if there would be a natural tendency for more births at Full Moon (not all, just some more).
