MOON ALERT We have the all clear today to shop and make important decisions. The moon is in Leo.

ARIES (March 21-April 19) Today you can put one of your clever talents to use, namely your resourcefulness! (Aries is one of the most resourceful signs in the zodiac.) Think about new uses or applications for something you own. You might also see new ways of earning money. Ka-ching!

TAURUS (April 20-May 20) Take a realistic look in the mirror today and ask yourself what you can do to improve your appearance and create a better impression on your world. Whether it's right or not, we are judged by our appearance (and you never get a second chance to make a first impression).

GEMINI (May 21-June 20) Some kind of research will really pay off for you today. It will involve digging deep or penetrating something to come up with solutions or answers. You might find something you lost. Or you might see a better way of doing something.

CANCER (June 21-July 22) You will likely meet someone very powerful today, who has the power to influence your life. (That's saying a lot.) Or possibly, you are influenced by a group. Either way, if this influence is a positive thing in society, it will benefit you as well. (What's good for the hive is good for the bee.)

LEO (July 23-Aug. 22) People see you as being strong and forceful today. Use your influence to improve something in your surrounding conditions or even in the society around you. Because Pluto is involved in this influence, whatever you do to help others will benefit you, too.

VIRGO (Aug. 23-Sept. 22) Some of you might encounter a teacher today who has the power to influence your belief system or change your view of the world in some way. (Pretty heady stuff.) Others might seek ways to reform their legal or educational system.

LIBRA (Sept. 23-Oct. 22) You might see clever new approaches to how to share something or divide shared property or deal with debt, taxes, inheritances and insurance matters. (Did you know that the Eiffel Tower is the Empire State Building after taxes?)

SCORPIO (Oct. 23-Nov. 21) Discussions with partners and close friends will be powerful. Quite likely, someone will try to persuade you of something and they will probably succeed. But that's OK if they have a good idea, isn't it? (The right idea will benefit everyone.)

SAGITTARIUS (Nov. 22-Dec. 21) You can easily see ways to improve your health, as well as ways to improve your job or whatever task you're doing. You want to cut costs, increase productivity and get closer to achieving your goal. (You're very gung-ho!)

CAPRICORN (Dec. 22-Jan. 19) This is an interesting day. You're full of bright ideas about how to take a better approach to entertaining or doing some social event. Or you might see ways to improve an artistic production, something to do with sports or even educating children. Clever you!

AQUARIUS (Jan. 20-Feb. 18) Clean up dark, dank areas at home. Get rid of garbage. Recycle, sell or turf stuff. You want to make improvements to where you live, but primarily, these improvements will be most effectively achieved by removing whatever is offensive or no longer necessary.

PISCES (Feb. 19-March 20) Your communication skills are hot! That's why this is a powerful day for those who you sell, market, teach, write, act or need to communicate ideas to anyone. You've got the golden tongue! Not only that, you also have penetrating insight today. (Sounds suspiciously like Superhero powers.) "These are not the Droids you are looking for."

Scientists have studied the effect of the full moon and they found that there were less births in the weekends:). The old belief that there are more children born when the moon is full, has been proven wrong. In our days, children are born between 9 and 5 from Monday to Friday, if the doctors had it their way. It is more convenient and it can be done without harming the mother or the child, so why not. But now I will never know if there would be a natural tendency for more births at Full Moon (not all, just some more).
