A numerology reading is still one of the least known, and certainly least understood, forms of fortune-telling. Knowledge from the mystical, spiritual world of astrology, I-ching, angel guidance, tea leaf reading and Runes is mostly unknown too. And, strictly in the neighborhood of numerology, there's even more misunderstanding between the different types of numerology. Each culture has its own version. Many feel one of the most understood is the Western version. Maybe not. If you are at all familiar with Feng Shui, you may think it's the Chinese Numerology that's more understood. It certainly has my lucky numbers. The fact is, as a result of Feng Shui, Chinese Numerology is becoming more and more a part of the Western world. They are both guides to achieving harmony with your life in the environment and your path. A numerology reading from either the Western or Chinese version uses the same numbers 1 to 9 to understand where you are in your life and what your life path is. They each have double numbers too.But the numbers in Chinese Numerology are extremely special to the Chinese society, and, more and more, to Western society. The number 8 is an extremely prosperous number to the Chinese to the point any number with an 8 has prosperity. In fact, if a street number for a house or a building has an 8, its sales price will be much more expensive than those without the 8.The number 518 means "I will prosper," and the number 168 is known as the road to prosperity. The number 888 means it is three times as prosperous. For a lifetime of prosperity, just be sure to add 1314. Curiously, 4 isn't considered a good number because it's associated with death. But since it's a lifetime of prosperity, it ends in 4 with death. Makes sense. The avoidance of the number 4 is referred to as "tetraphobia." That's why buildings rarely have a 4th or 14th floor (or 13th as in the west for that matter). But there are lucky numbers like 6, 8 and 9. To get these numbers as phone numbers, driver's license numbers, bank accou! nt numbe rs and vehicle license plates the Chinese will pay a great deal of money. It certainly made it easier to find my lucky numbers today!Feng Shui has brought some of these numerological numbers to the forefront in the Western world. In the West, it would be hard to know if a number were anything auspicious or even lucky unless it was a highly touted winning number from a casino in Las Vegas.I've never approached a numerology reading with knowledge of these numbers. Maybe it's time we begin paying more attention to them as well as numerology and how numbers may affect our lives. Numerology has certainly enticed the Chinese for 4000 years. Pythagoras first introduced the West to numerology in the first century B.C. It doesn't seem as if we've done much with it since then. Maybe we need another 3000 years to get it right.

BP SPILL NUMEROLOGY would infer BP SPILL was part of OCCULT PLAN!

A numerology (gamatria) study and possible interpretation that shows hopw the numerology of the date the BP SPILL began 4/20/2010 . This is only one possible interpretation. Note also that in the most ancient ASTROLOGICAL belief systems the date falls on the last day of ARIES and in other schools it is in TAURUS (interesting when we look at some of the Nativity paintings which show a donkey and an OX/Taurus looking on as the Christ is born). One may decide the merit of this on their own but it does fit the OCCULT pattern perfectly... Please comment, rate and share. Numerology is any of many systems, traditions or beliefs in a mystical or esoteric relationship between numbers and physical objects or living things. Numerology and numerological divination by systems such as isopsephy were popular among early mathematicians, such as Pythagoras, but are no longer considered part of mathematics and are regarded as pseudomathematics by modern scientists.[1][2] This is similar to the historical relationships between astrology and astronomy, and between alchemy and chemistry. Today, numerology is often associated with the occult, alongside astrology and similar divinatory arts.[citation needed] The term can also be used for those who place excess faith in numerical patterns, even if those people don't practice traditional numerology. For example, in his 1997 book Numerology: Or What Pythagoras Wrought, mathematician Underwood Dudley uses the term to discuss practitioners of the ...
