MOON ALERT We do no have the all clear today to shop and make important decisions until 12:30 p.m. After that the moon moves from Pisces into Aries.
ARIES (March 21-April 19)
This is not an ideal day to approach bosses, parents, teachers or anyone else in authority for permission or approval for anything. Their response will likely be, "Talk to the hand." Nevertheless, you are dogged in your approach to things today. Who knows?
TAURUS (April 20-May 20)
This is an excellent day for any kind of serious study. You don't feel like goofing off. Au contraire. You feel like knuckling down to some hard work that requires concentration and attention to detail. You've got what it takes and you're not afraid to use it.
GEMINI (May 21-June 20)
You can clear away a lot of loose ends with red-tape issues about inheritances, banking, debt, taxes, insurance matters and shared property, simply because you have drive and focus to do this. Your powers of concentration are excellent. "Hey you! Get busy."
CANCER (June 21-July 22)
Discussions with partners and close friends might involve some resistance today. Others might discourage you or vice versa. However, if instead you join forces to tackle a problem, you could make headway. (Two heads are better, and all that.)
LEO (July 23-Aug. 22)
Co-workers might be critical of your efforts today. Very possibly, you feel this way about someone else. Instead of getting caught up in negative energy, use today for serious, mental work. Do tasks that require disciplined thinking because you're in a practical frame of mind.
VIRGO (Aug. 23-Sept. 22)
This is an excellent day for sports practice or even practising a musical instrument or any other artistic discipline. You have a no-nonsense approach to things and a marvellous sense of focus and concentration. This could even apply to playing games. (The kind of games where people don't laugh.)
LIBRA (Sept. 23-Oct. 22)
Avoid asking parents or older relatives for approval today. You ain't going to get it. However, you can be very productive if you tackle home repairs or try to fix something. You have the energy and focus necessary to do the job and that's all it takes.
SCORPIO (Oct. 23-Nov. 21)
Tackle rigorous, mental work today. You won't even mind if it is just routine drudgery. The main thing about whatever you do today is you want results. You want to finish the job. Excellent! You can move mountains and build bridges.
SAGITTARIUS (Nov. 22-Dec. 21)
Your money scene might look grim today. (It's the end of the month and there's no relief in sight.) Instead, use today's energy to figure out budgets or clear up paperwork connected with cash flow, banking and earnings. You can get a lot done if you stick with this.
CAPRICORN (Dec. 22-Jan. 19)
Today, Mercury is in your sign "fighting" with your ruler Saturn. It makes everyone take a very dim and serious view of life. Fortunately, it sharpens your intellect and allows you to pay attention to detail. Use what you've got.
AQUARIUS (Jan. 20-Feb. 18)
Any kind of research will go extremely well today because this is the sort of thing you can excel at. You have the concentration, focus and endurance necessary to do this task. You're like a dog with a bone.
PISCES (Feb. 19-March 20)
Don't let someone older or more experienced rain on your parade today. Instead, listen to them seriously. If you show them that you want to learn and you are genuine they might shower you with excellent advice. Try it. What have you got to lose?
TODAY'S BIRTHDAY
Political commentator/writer Keith Olbermann (1959) shares your birthday. You do everything fast. Your life is active, you think fast and many of you talk fast as well. You're on the go! You like to be cutting-edge with whatever is going on around you, which is why you are always in the know. You have a wide variety of interests. Your year ahead is wonderfully social and beneficial for relationships. Enjoy!
